The security features and overall look of the document you show as an example or claim to be the real deal do not look like any document that would have been produced in the 60s. It is highly unlikely that you would even find the original unless Obama had it himself. If the State of Hawaii even produces a copy of the birth certificate using current paper and security features than it must be accepted as the original. Oh yeah and your argument FAILS. And the races are listed as:
White
Negro
American Indian
Japanese
Chinese
Filipino
Other

So, it seems unlkely that "Arab" would be listed on a 1961 birth certificate. Although, I wouldn't be totally surprised if I was wrong.
