This is undoubtedly a reference to "Don't Crush That Dwarf, Hand Me The Pliers", a classic Firesign Theatre album, in which the character of "Mudhead" says: "That Louise Wong's got a balcony you could do Shakespeare from!", which makes a whole lot more sense than subby's headline.
