WTF? 20k for a dismissal? And he wasn't even in the driver's seat (bud was in the trunk). WTF?

Fairly certain you get your posted bail back if you don't get convicted, but I could be wrong. Plus, I'm also fairly certain you only have to post 10% of your bail if you use a bondsman, but again I could be wrong.
