Christ, this is worse than the warning labels on hammers. There shouldn't be a need, but then some idiot smashes his own face in (or takes bribes) and next thing you know, something has to be put down in writing.

This is obvious. The US is all about maximizing the number of rules and limitations and minimizing the space left for choice. That way, nobody has to do any thinking. Conversely, when a minimum of thinking might be required, Americans are totally lost.

And I'm not talking about George Costanza.
