What´s all this fuzz about with socalled dirty words? I don´t think there is such thing as a dirty word. Perhaps a word can have some sort of inapropriate or vulgar meaning, but does that make the word dirty? And besides, replacing it by another farking word with the exact same meaning but different spelling makes it acceptable? WTF? Americans are the worst language nazis and hypocrats I can think of!

I saw Garbage on their Bleed Like Me tour. Great tour. The band was tight and Shirley was smoking hot. I definitely recommend going.

That being said, I've bought all the others and do enjoy most of the work.

Just never had another 'Stupid Girl' type track on the rest of them. Cherry Lips was one of my other favorites from the rest of their albums though, never saw the video so was fun to watch.

Anyone else think the beat (specifically the intro) sounds strikingly similar to "Everybody Got Their Something" by Nikka Costa?

I read in an interview some years ago (10 maybe?) and Shirley Manson said she was significant-other worthy because she bakes cakes and gives great head. I almost send a marriage proposal to her c/o Hit Parader.

Their first is a solid release but I find myself listening to Version 2.0 much more than their others.

I just can't get into the alt-punk blond Shirley but the stylish red head Shirley is farkin hot. I saw the band on tour for the first album back in 96. I was right up front on the floor, she wore a tight short skirt, and kneeled down a lot. As if that wasn't worth the three and a half hour drive alone after that Smashing Pumpkins came out and did, according to Billy Corgan, one of their best shows ever which was also one of their last ones with the original line up. To this day I still go on about how great that entire show was.

Shirley Manson is a rare breed. She's a female rock singer that can sing, can look very hot and actually has substance. Not literally, but she has balls.

It's too bad that Butch Vig had to completely overproduce all of Garbage's albums. What I liked, I could have loved if he hadn't saturated the music with studio wizardry effects trash.

Ah, the Infinite Sadness tour. I caught it in KC after the mid-tour hiatus. We didn't get Garbage, we got freaking Grant Lee Buffalo. Horrible. Me and everyone around me were not happy about that.

Awesome! I love Shirley and Garbage. Butch Vig is THE MAN! I saw them open for No Doubt in Seattle many moons ago. No Doubt should have stayed home. Gargage just completely dominated.

Push it is the weirdest video I've ever seen. Some are flashier or more random, but there's a heavy handed calculation to their creation. This is organic, head to toe and top to bottom weird.
