Wait a minute... there are casinos in this world complete with dress codes? I visited Las Vegas two years back. There were so many tacky shorts, hanging guts, and stain-covered shirts that I felt over-dressed in my carpenter jeans and windbreaker.

Regarding this (wo)man: I have no qualms with cross-dressing, but that is simply hideous. She doesn't even appear to be a "legitimate" transvestite, but more of a drag queen beyond anything I've seen in recent memory.
