It's well known that hillaryis44.org specifically vets their users to try to ensure that they can't say anything that doesn't toe the party line. Not to mention the fact that the site is an pharmaceutical spamfest.

The site is a scam, and I suspect the most prolific posters there are in on it.

But only 310 people making 100k posts? Holy shiat.

This is almost Romero like in its obviousness. Of course it is only a few hardcore posters. I doubt it is even 310. I imagine there are quite a few water carriers who have double or triple accounts.

Fixation:
Fixation refers, in human psychology, to the state in which an individual becomes obsessed with an attachment to another human, an animal, or an inanimate object.

It is a Freudian belief that a person could have:

1. lacked proper gratification during one of the psychosexual stages of development, or
2. received too strong an impression from one of these stages, in which case the person's personality would reflect that stage throughout adult life.

Whether a particularly obsessive attachment is a fixation or a defensible expression of love is at times debatable. Fixation to intangibles (i.e., ideas, ideologies, etc.) can also occur. The obsessive factor is also found in symptoms pertaining to obsessive compulsive disorder.

Which, using Clinton campaign math, would be more than enough to guarantee her the election in november in all 23 states that matter.

I'm pretty sure that those 24 are paying their bills by pumping up the spam links with click fraud. That's what the whole site is there for.

Not to mention ensuring John McCains election should Hillary not gain the nomination.

Seriously, that's what the site actually does. If you look at the page source, it has a bunch of URLs that aren't shown on the page, then at the bottom there's some code that generates click events for each one of those URLs. That's the whole purpose of the site.

Taking another look, it seems that stuff's gone now. Apparently he took it off ever since someone found out about it. It's probably still there on some deeper pages, but I'm not digging through the site to find out.

18 weeks, 7170 posts = 56.9 posts per day. Most farkers beat that.

Some people might beat the total in a day or two.

It would not surprise me AT ALL to see Clinton argue that she's more popular because her supporters are capable of generating more blog posts per capita.

It scares the crap outa me to think this, but what if its backed by a pro-obama group trying to make the beast and her supporters look even worse than they are?

Some hardcore digging could turn up a hellova story regardless.

That sounds similar to how after the Janet Jackson Super Bowl event, CBS and the FFC received hundreds of thousands of complaints, when in reality they were really sent by 20 people.

So, I went to HillaryIs44.org, just to check it out, find some comedy gold. Sure enough, it took maybe 3 seconds (less than that if you count the horribly outdated picture in the top right corner of the home).

First, if you read all of Hillary's Poll Leads (right column), you'll find that this column hasn't been updated in over a month (unless the people running the site simply forgot which month it is). Second, several are not actually leads. For example:

April 13, 2008 Civitas (R) North Carolina poll: Clinton 27%, Obama 45%
April 8, 2008 SurveyUSA Oregon poll: Clinton 42%, Obama 52%
You also may notice that, while she still maintained a lead in PA, it shrank from 56-30 on March 18 to 46-43 by April 9 (according to the PPP pollster peoples).

Better, yet, is this one:
April 14, 2008 ARG Pennsylvania poll: Clinton 57%, Obama 57%
That's right, both Clinton and Obama had 57% of the vote on April 14.

If they can't use simple logic or editing on the main page, I'd rather not actually click any of the links to further explore the site.

You think that's good? Check out the "Why Not Obama" page. It's still "coming soon."

This is impossible.

Obama and his campaign are restricted like every other person from give more than $2300 dollars to a presidential candidates campaign

He could ask his supporters to give her money, but thats about it.

The hidden URLs were on a compromised server at West Virginia University. I reported it to them a couple of weeks ago and they cleaned it up.

And, much as it pains me to defend anything about Hillaryis44, the offending code is a type that is often injected into compromised web sites. So it is very likely that the Hillaryis44 people didn't know about it until the WVU folks brought it to their attention.

Mr. Poon may not be so far off on this prediction. There are lots of things that go on "behind closed doors" that the voters won't know about. He's definitely got the money to do it, I just hope that my contributions to his campaign won't go to finance her failed try.
