we already sort of know how she'll react. She already gathered up all those FBI files on her political enemies and put them into a database. With the expanded powers the Patriot Act has given the office of president, she should be able to keep tabs on just about anyone who's ever pissed her off. I disagree, and I'm not a moron. The reason I think this IS a story is because I think this is revealing of her character. That when considering her possibilities, she imagines the worst as a possibility that could benefit her.
