So his 19 year old wife cheated on him so now he divorced her and got himself a 20 year old wife. I'm sure she won't cheat on him either.

She's obviously after his money.

It seems like this guy needs to drive 17 miles east and have someone in Bloomington teach him how to speak English, because they certainly don't speak it wherever he's from.

Improper Usage 2008-05-18 02:23:11 PM
It's all a bunch of non-sequitors about this guy's life with terms like 'MPG' and 'charge' and 'car' thrown into the middle of them.

I believe he meant "greenhouse" but whatever. I have heard the terms used interchangeably before.

And he may be a redneck, but at least he's an ecologically conscious redneck - he not only bought an electric car, but a *salvaged* electric car!

I think Indiana is another state we should encourage to secede. Let's keep much of the South and get rid of Indiana and Ohio.

here's more Epistolary Gold from his Fish Business site on yonder;

A Little About How We Began
The relation on my father's side owned businesses and when I was 8 years old they would rent cabins for 3 days on Lake Shafer near Monticello Indiana and fish. My family stayed there too and I got in a limited amount of young fishing. I started out fishing alot when I was 12 years old. We lived in Indianapolis and on the weekends went to visit my mother's parents near Seymour at Bobtown. In the summer I would go live with the Grandparents there. Bobtown was like 7 houses on a gravel road. About 2 city blocks down that road was a flowing creek 12 feet wide and a wooden bridge on the road. After I watched Roy Rogers and Gene Audrey catch bad guys on TV ( and other cowboys of the early 1960s ), I would go out back of the chicken house where it was wet and dig for worms. Having a big can of large worms I then got a long cane pole from the shed and walked to the creek down the gravel road. Willow trees grew along the creek near the bridge and roots and branches in the water made the current of the creek form a DRIFT of twigs and leaves caught there in the creeks current. Fish would collect at this drift and lay under the twigs as cover. Most of the " fish " were small bullhead catfish and pumpkinseed sunfish. There were also 20 lb carp sometimes and gars. ( the locals called gars " grinnos " because all the teeth made them look like they grinned at you ) They would say " LOOK you have hooked a big grinno! " ). Well I would put my bobber about 2 foot up from a number 4 hook and a big worm and use the cane pole to put the bobber at the start of the drift. It wasn't long before the bobber went under the twigs and I had a 10 inch catfish ! After about 10 fish I would go back and my uncle would get them ready to eat. My Grandmother cooked on a wood stove and made her own bread in a woodstove oven. They lived in a very small 4 room house with a metal roof and we would all sit down to eat together in the kitchen. The 2 grandparents, me and my uncle John 3 years older than me. We had the fish and fresh things picked from their big garden outside and the homemade bread.

Now everyone wants to have new cars and live in big fancy homes, but the most fun I ever had was in the small 4 room house built from saw mill lumber by my Grandfather. Since that time I did a lot of fishing many places. I felt selling live fish would be fun so I started in that 30 years ago. I can not believe 30 years have went by! Now with all the government rules and new 2004 EPA fish feeding laws its making it the business tougher to maintain. However, I get some fun out of seeing customers ponds and visiting with them on deliveries, but the rest of it is hard work and long hours. It is also a lot of responsibility to care for and see to the well being of a 100,000 other lives each week of the fish. Each fish is his own unique individual and I try to see each fish does not die and is fed and has water and oxygen and the proper water temperature. I guess they are each one more than a number to me and that's a lot of work to see no one gets left out due to the large numbers of fish that are sold. Many people get the false idea if they purchase fish hauled in a BIG truck then the fish are BETTER! The fish do not care what truck hauls them. What is important is the number of fish per gallon, the water temperature, the PH, how long they are IN the truck, water quality, oxygen content and other factors. I have to monitor ALL these things and do my truck driving too. I have seen those driving big trucks lose whole loads of fish just by forgetting 1 of the things that fish need in transport. A man I know lost 10,000 six inch bluegills on the road by forgetting to check his oxygen. It is a big job and you have to be a mother to the fish 24 hours a day. I take pride in the care of my fish and I hope you will be happy with any fish you choose to stock from me.

Before a token fark.com sensitive emo redneck jumps in and complains about how nobody loves his kind, lemme say this --

I'm a city boy with a college degree, but I've work with plenty of 'rednecks' for years. Intelligent, hard-working people, for the most part. I admire their skills, like working with them, and often learn things from them. There's plenty of mutual respect.

That's not the kind of redneck people make fun of -- it's the ones who are retarded, by choice, and PROUD OF IT.

I'm speakin' only for myself, but I can't be the only one with that opinion.

That being said, Live Fish is a moron. As much as he complains about ex-wife cheating on him, all the bragging about marrying someone 1/3 his age leads me to believe he's cheated plenty of times on wives 1 through 4...

There's a pretty good chance the car has never been serviced at a reputable dealer or mechanic, hence the skinny Carfax.

That wasn't really a generalization... He didn't say everybody in Indiana and Ohio was a white supremacist or even that most people in Indiana and Ohio are white supremacists... just that Indiana and Ohio are "filled with" white supremacists.

One would generally take to mean that, compared to other states, Indiana and Ohio have a significantly higher population of white supremacists. And, while I don't know about Ohio, it's true of Indiana.

In fact, Indiana is one of the only places in the country where the KKK still has anything even resembling a meaningful presence. (i.e. something more than the random loser 25 year old guy who feeds beers to a handful of 16 year olds and lets them hang out at his house so they'll all pretend to be klansmen with him)
