I've always found it interesting how it warns not to use those near fire or flame.

Brilliant.

G2V 2008-05-17 06:40:25 PM
A second victim was in stable condition and a third was in critical condition, Los Angeles police spokeswoman Norma Eisenman said.

The man in critical condition was shot in the chest. He is 45. Another man, 47, was struck in the leg and is in stable condition, reported KTLA.

Another man, who is the other man we mentioned earlier, to not confuse you by mentioning others after previously mentioning them, as not others, lest you wonder how many people were actually shot.

Fapinator 2008-05-17 06:40:29 PM
This is about some crazy guy trying to shoot his ex-girlfriend near a church, not religion-induced violence. Some people were just setting up for a church festival ... so if somebody wants to make this a religion=violence thread, troll on.

therewasahue 2008-05-17 06:45:56 PM
Fapinator

I know! To even suggest there's a correlation between religion and violence is flat out trolling. The idea is RIDICULOUS. Talk about OIL and WATER!!!!

endlessoul 2008-05-17 06:47:14 PM
This thread and its accompanying headline is full of win.

SharkUW 2008-05-17 06:50:00 PM
wydok: This is another one of those "what the fark is wrong with people?" moments. :(

For real. Why would he have not practiced reloading if he was going to attempt to gun down a crowd of people. It's just retarded.

wallywam1 2008-05-17 06:50:01 PM
He should have used the Holy Hand Grenade. Amateur!

G2V 2008-05-17 06:53:07 PM
If the guy had played more murder simulators he'd have realized he should activate his auto-lock and slightly depressed his fire button to increase accuracy before firing, to get a kill shot.

I thank God that Jack Thompson saved those people.

CanadaHauntsMe 2008-05-17 06:53:11 PM
Is the SAD tag because he didn't do a very good job?

Smellvin 2008-05-17 06:53:14 PM
implementor: All those gun control laws are doing you so much good, aren't they, California?

Without those "all those gun control laws" you so dismissively cite, the bad guy might have had a bayonet attached to a rifle!!! You don't even want to imagine how bad it this incident would've been if that had happened...

followmeinfantry 2008-05-17 06:58:13 PM
He was trying to shoot his ex and shot three innocent bystanders instead? His aim was WAY off. That wouyldnt have happened in Alabama. Would have got her on the first shot. Then tagged the 3 others on principal.

joltek 2008-05-17 06:58:51 PM
YAWN!
Move on, nothing to see here.
Just another shooting.

MBK [TotalFark] 2008-05-17 06:59:52 PM
Clearly, this is a sign of God that gays shouldn't get married.

/sorry, someone had to do it.
//Now, only if the other 45+ states would follow suit and stop treating gays as second class citizens.

" But what if they want fire that is nasally fitted?"

Courtney Cox-Zucker [TotalFark] 2008-05-17 07:01:34 PM
If you're driven to shoot your ex-girlfriend outside a church as well as two innocent, unrelated bystanders... that must've been some seriously wicked awesome pussy you were cut off from.

"If I can't have you, nobody can! (Bang!) That goes for you... (Bang!) ...and you, too! (Bang!)"

/or maybe it's just the crazy heat in the SFV today.

CanadaHauntsMe: Is the SAD tag because he didn't do a very good job?
