Oh, don't let a little thing like the law stop you, Dirk. Your Cabinet colleagues seem to find a way around it all the time.

Yeah. And it was based purely on Romney's awesome grasp of all matters foreign and domestic, and had nothing to do with them both being Mormon.

I'm pretty sure every politician hates the law getting in the way of their agendas. Yeah, it's a dumb thing for him to say, but not shocking.

They eat people! For the love of Pete, they're big, angry bears. They eat people. Not that I say we go out and kill all of them, but I mean, it doesn't seem to be a problem here. Senator, I can't take the - I can't take the lies anymore.

Does this guy ever think? What lies?

Didn't most conservative pundits (Limbaugh et al) support Romney and hate the "too liberal" Mccain?

Only after the liberals' "worst nightmare" Fred Thompson dropped out did the dittoheads and pundits support Romney.

They rallied around Romney in a last ditch effort to stop McCain, but Beck supported him before Romney (hilariously, for anyone who knew anything about his record) became the "conservative" "anti-McCain".

I often feel the same way about Republicans when I read crap like this. Yeah, I'm a hater. But Republicans have worked hard to earn it.

yes because after all when Polar Bears have the highest population they've had in over 40 years and when Eskimos have been overhunting them and we STILL have the highest population in 40 years... yes clearly that meets the standard for endangered

reilmb 2008-05-17 06:16:03 PM
Liberals take things too seriously really? Why are conservatives so serious about peoples sexual habits? To hell with this guy, why doesnt he quit now and go join that lobby firm he has lined up for January. I am so sick of all these republicans, someone needs to run a ton of adds with these kinds of yahoos featured because this is just the same caliber of person that would be in a McCain administration, no different, no more competent, and no better.

Because by forcing people to pay attention to others, they might divert attention from the scandals in their own party involving homosexual tendencies. ESPECIALLY considering their own party is very much against it.

Depends where you live. Oh, you mean on white people.

You may wish to research where nearly all pharmaceutical products come from. Or how food chains work. Or what "unsustainable" means.

Dont use logic it only confuses the masses.

Nice inflammatory headline but this only a ploy by environmentalists to make it so anwar will never be able to be drilled for oil which is just ridiculous. Our lack of finding new oil in this nation and building new oil refineries is the reason for $4/gallon gas, most of it is attributed directly to the environmentalists who wont even let them harm a lizard to build a new refinery.

Its idiotic and keeps us on opecs tit.

Is polar bear tasty? The best way to make an animal abundant is to figure a really appetizing way of serving it and getting them to fornicate a lot in a controlled environment.

go ahead with that idea, but I would recommend that you do not brand them. They get testy.

Are you pointing out that no useful pharmaceuticals come from polar bears, or that, as apex predators, they are the easiest species to compensate for with human activity?

//Seriously, that point on the food chain is by far the least disruptive if a link is eliminated, humans will just have to club a few more seals occassionally and we'll be fine. If an intermediate species of, say, small fish were to go kaput, we might be in trouble, that's harder to adjust for.

//See also: wolves. There were almost none for a century, and all we had to do to fill their spot was adjust hunters' limits on deer.
