Age has really taken its toll on the Def Leppard drummer. He's only half as good as he used to be

I fear the inevitable Limp Biscuit reunion album and subsequent VH1 series starring Fred Durst. Or is the series first and then the album?

PROTIP: The only acts that bring in big album sales now are those that cater to the demographic that remembers what albums are.

High And Dry, Pyromania, and Hysteria were all really good albums. Adrenalize was more hit and miss...

Crude: The new Def Leppard cd SUCKS!!!

Really? I thought that Nine Lives was a pretty good song when they played it at the concert. Of course, it was just them doing it...

280,000 copies

The gays love their Madonna.

Everyone else left her in the 80's where she belongs.

Def Leppard is great up to Hysteria. They belong in the 80's too.

Def Leppard's first record On Through The Night is pretty good too.

So is the EP before that. NWOBHM stuff.

By the way, if you're into those bands, and the tour comes around, I HIGHLY suggest the REO Speedwagon/Styx/Def Leppard concert. REO was good (forgot how many songs they did), Leppard was great as always, and Styx kicked complete ass.

Was that with or without Dennis Deyoung? I saw them at the Return to Paradise tour, and it was amazing. Then I saw them w/o Dennis, and it was pathetic. Then I saw Dennis with his backing band and an orchestra, and it was amazing again.

They had Gowan on keyboard/vocals I guess, and I thought they put on one heck of a show. I hadn't seen them when Deyoung was with them, though, so I don't really have a basis of comparison ;)

The Monkey (new window)

Not bad at all, and "Nine Lives" is pretty darn catchy.

wow, thanks!

I really like Nine Lives...both the release version and (especially) the version they did in concert.

C'mon C'mon sounds a bit like they're pandering to 2K pop music. Their usual sound comes through, though.

Love is interesting...reminds me a lot of Queen.
