I've been reading Fark for a couple of years now, and finally joined in on discussions....one thing is always sure....when the subject is (in someone's opinion)a "sexy female", there is always someone who thinks that they are the ugliest thing around, and when the subject is "The Beatles" (either as a group, or individually)you can always count on someone jumping in and saying how over-rated or how they sucked or how no one of the four had any talent. I, like Cambie, put these people on a list of no respect by just saying how bad somebody or some group is without stating who you think is better, and give reasons. Now, you at least said your peace and stated that Nickelback is the greatest band "Of All Time", and even though I understand it is YOUR Opinion, I have to ask, "Are You High?"

Oh yeah, I almost forgot:
Nickelback = Same Beat, Same Breaks, Same Godawful Band

I think of Kurt Cobain the same way. People love to bash Nirvana and say their music sucks.... that is fine, but the lyrics are top quality shiat.

Beatles haters under 35-40 are clueless when it comes to the Beatles. They don't remember what the musical landscape was like before the Beatles. It may sound poppy and quaint to you now, but it was a step above when new. Still is, with the right ears. Time & place, people, time & place.

I'd be curious how the same folks think of Elvis when all they know of him is kitchy movies and no talent Elvis impersonators (except Tortelvis, he's the shiat)
