Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't most, if not all the photos of Cheney creepy?

Please get back to us, subby, when anyone on the planet comes up with a non-creepy pic of Cheney.

He always looks like a male nurse just gave him a horse sized suppository.

When someone is as inherently creepy as Cheney, that may be nigh impossible. I'm guessing that even his baby pictures are creepy.

A suppository the size of a horse, or a suppository sized for a horse? Because it makes a difference.

No, he makes America look evil. And clueless, and in a state of constant denial.

So, essentially, he makes America look like Cobra from GI Joe.

I'm sure the last 8 years wouldn't have been so disastrous if Bush/Cheney had just loved America a little more.

TheGreyPiper: Hmmm...when's the last time a jumbo jet crashed into an American target?

I know this! 2001!

Now what the fark does that have to do with anything? Unless your point is that they have made us safer from a very specific form of attack that, even without any law changes, probably wouldn't have been able to be repeated as the next hijacker would have found a plane full of passengers who aren't going to wait for them to land and read demands.

My magic tie is what actually made us safer. I bought it in October of 2001 and there's been no major attack on U.S. soil since I've owned it.

Some might think a better question is "When was the first time?"

Really, buy yourself a better measuring stick.

And sadly, there are people who belive this to be 100%, unmittigated truth. These people need to forget how to breathe.

Chances are, one just did. How would he get his nourishment otherwise? You don't think his mouth is actually connected to any other part of his body do you?

Tsk, tsk. A Republican in office for 7 years after the terrorists strike us and the people get forgetful. Leave it to the standard foolishness of Americans to completely disregard the absolute danger put forward by the Muslim Menace. So, vote for your happy liberal candidates, but know this: they can't keep you safe like Bush has. Call it complacency, call it good liberal propaganda, but it's definitely not the TRUTH. Your magic tie has also kept you from dying in a horrific motorcycle accident since 2001. But that doesn't mean it won't happen tomorrow. Now tell me why you would start driving around without a helmet...

Ablejack 2008-05-04 01:25:46 AM
FTFA: "When the history is written, it will be said this is a safer country and more hopeful world because George Bush was president," Cheney said.

From actual historians: Here are some of the comments that historians furnished:

"No individual president can compare to the second Bush," wrote one. "Glib, contemptuous, ignorant, incurious, a dupe of anyone who humors his deluded belief in his heroic self, he has bankrupted the country with his disastrous war and his tax breaks for the rich, trampled on the Bill of Rights, appointed foxes in every henhouse, compounded the terrorist threat, turned a blind eye to torture and corruption and a looming ecological disaster, and squandered the rest of the world's goodwill. In short, no other president's faults have had so deleterious an effect on not only the country but the world at large."

"With his unprovoked and disastrous war of aggression in Iraq and his monstrous deficits, Bush has set this country on a course that will take decades to correct," said another historian. "When future historians look back to identify the moment at which the United States began to lose its position of world leadership, they will point-rightly-to the Bush presidency. Thanks to his policies, it is now easy to see America losing out to its competitors in any number of areas: China is rapidly becoming the manufacturing powerhouse of the next century, India the high tech and services leader, and Europe the region with the best quality of life."

I think it is fairly obvious that Mr. Cheney does not speak for a substantial majority of America. Bush is a tard.

How about these:

Under which president did we see the largest rise in number of Al Qaeda supporters?

Under which president did the U.S. become involved in a hard-to-complete war in the Middle East, as desired by Bin Laden?

Two bombings in London, two more attempts, one plot to blow up 10 airplanes on the way to the US (not stopped by any Republican wiretaps or intelligence--all intelligence from people on the ground), the bombings in Madrid.

Yeah, everybody's much safer.

You know, I don't think its an issue of loving your country...Its an issue of the maturity of that love. They love this country like a small child loves its parent...

"Right" as in "right wing" certainly; but not "right" as in "correct." Not by a long shot. By all means, though, feel free to embarrass yourself further.

It's so nice of Cheney to crawl out of his concrete bunker and extol the virtues of our Glorious Leader. It's amazing what you can accomplish between heart attacks and clubbing baby seals to death with a sloppy grin on your face. God Bless him.
