That should really be a short list.

1. All of them

PseudoNic 2008-05-03 10:42:55 AM
Milwaukee's Best?

No love for The Beast.

Half Right [recently expired TotalFark] 2008-05-03 10:45:06 AM
Those are certainly some pretty hilarious descriptions...
"lethal doses of corn sugar and nail polish"
"steeping corn husks in seltzer water"
and the best: "The name sounds like some sort of nuclear isotope in a barium enema, and it delivers all the flavor the name suggests."

b0rscht [TotalFark] 2008-05-03 10:46:50 AM
No rauchbiers? They are disgusting by design.

/"Rauchbier" bedeutet "smoked beer" auf Englisch.

nekom [TotalFark] 2008-05-03 10:49:40 AM
what, no Olde English?

Anti_Freak_Machine [TotalFark] 2008-05-03 10:54:38 AM
That Clamato beer makes me retch.

FredaDeStilleto [TotalFark] 2008-05-03 10:58:33 AM
If Gibbons was still being made it would have topped the list.

It tasted like horse pee.

Fail!
Rauchbiers are awesome. Have you ever tried one with bacon?

Anti_Freak_Machine: That Clamato beer makes me retch.

Good call. There is going to be a serious run on that this weekend for Cinco de Mayo.

Guinness didn't make the list? That stuff is revolting.

YOU ARE DEAD TO ME!

Unright 2008-05-03 11:32:22 AM
Yeah. Guinness is decent, but its ravenous fans tend to be faux beer snobs. They know they hate regular beers, but they can't be bothered to research and find the real good beers.

Making sure this made the list-
i26.photobucket.com
That really does take me back to the good old days of drinking on a nonexistent budget. Good times....

Personally, would also like to nominate-
i216.photobucket.com
Can't believe this didn't make the list. I'd drink Beast for the rest of my days if I had to choose between these two.

Unright 2008-05-03 11:45:16 AM
FelineMommy27: Personally, would also like to nominate-[Natty Light]

Yeah. I was also surprised that Natural Light or Natural Ice wasn't on the list.

Plus non-alcoholic beer shouldn't even be on the list. If it doesn't have alcohol, then it isn't beer.

DON.MAC [TotalFark] 2008-05-03 11:58:58 AM
There is a Stella made in Egypt that should be on the list. The "export" stuff is drinkable but their lower grade needs to be filtered.

This should be number one. And anyone who has tried it will agree with me.

What the fark? As a college student with little money, I drink Hurricane on the regular. It's like heaven compared to Steel Reserve, which they didn't mention at all. I call bullshiat.

Any list of worst beers that doesn't contain Carlsberg is factually inaccurate.

The nastiest beer on the planet (new window)

TeddyRooseveltsMustache [TotalFark] 2008-05-03 12:33:17 PM
Let's not forget that the guy who made the list also hates Carlos Mencia! Let us rejoice!

fernandez 2008-05-03 12:34:01 PM
How did Keystone not make it on that list?

Abattur 2008-05-03 12:34:02 PM
Unright: Yeah. Guinness is decent, but its ravenous fans tend to be faux beer snobs. They know they hate regular beers, but they can't be bothered to research and find the real good beers.

True, Beamish is alot better.

Anyhow i am quite amazed that Sol or Corona is not on the list, that chiahuahua piss is revolting.
And the one time i tasted Budweiser was rather horrifying also, but it might be because it was an import.

Where's the Carling Black Label?

tehotherbilly 2008-05-03 12:37:40 PM
I know this doesn't count, but my friends first batch of homebrew tasted like used tires.

spiderbarks: Where's the Carling Black Label?

We used to take that to parties in university because we knew nobody would steal it.

Did Natty Bo get a pass for being Baltimore tradition or something?

cannondalerider 2008-05-03 12:38:45 PM
'Good Beer', my ass. I tried one called Prohibition Ale on Tuesday and wanted to go to San Francisco and kill the douche who made it.

/Has a monthly beer tasting event with college roommates
//After 9 or 10 it really doesn't matter what it tastes like
///Mostly better than the Milwaukee's we drink in Beer Pong and Flip Cup during parties.

whatshisname

They're all American. Go figure.

From TFA:

3. Chapeau Exotic This Lambic is proof that rare Belgian beers are capable of great suckitude. Writes Orlando Ratebeer.com member Boboski: "One sip leads to a joyful drain pour. I hope it doesn't ruin my sink."

Not that I disagree with the idea that a lot of American beers blow, but there are other offenders out there...

/hope this pic works.
//Nasty stuff

UnderwaterAlly 2008-05-03 12:39:28 PM
I guess none of you have ever tried skullsplitter, or at least not while you were still able to taste anything. At 3 bucks a bottle (in the liquor store, not the bar mind you) you might think it would taste a bit less like it was filtered through someone's anus.

Another Government Employee 2008-05-03 12:39:46 PM
No Old Millwaukee?

Actually, the worst I ever tasted was a Spanish beer called Damm. You only bought the crap for the name.

Get me a Damm Beer!

Subjective.

Magic Hat #9 is my favorite, but I know people for whom it would top their list of most disgusting.

Unright: Yeah. Guinness is decent, but its ravenous fans tend to be faux beer snobs. They know they hate regular beers, but they can't be bothered to research and find the real good beers.

This. I like Guinness enough, but there are a lot of ales I like better.

Keystone Light's not there?
Budweiser?
Miller lite?

I remember a few years ago for Halloween we picked up a pumpkin ale, and that stuff was just AWFUL.

whatshisname: They're all American. Go figure.

So is Molson Canadian... MWAHHAHAHA!!!

No self-respecting beer snob should ever generalise and say all American beers suck... Samuel Adams, Pike Place Tandem - I could go on. Many winners.

/Not American.

llama42:

Oh, so much of THIS, so little time.

What a terrible beer. Lambics are supposed to be SWEET, asshole.

Surprising for a company which usually puts out good beer.
