I have no idea who this is or what party he belongs to. Since the article doesn't mention it my bet he is a Democrat.

He forgot the Bill Clinton clause for Democrats: keep your fingers out of the intern and everything else will be okay.

The article doesn't really do justice to all that happened, which included administrator Gutierrez getting an employee drunk, and then bringing her back to his apartment. She passed out in his bed, only to wake up with her pants unbuttoned and Gutierrez in his underwear. Then she went over the Attorney General Mark Dann's apartment (right next door, how about that!) where the AG was watching TV with his secretary.
Oh, and the secretary was in her underwear, and Dann is married. So the AG has fessed up to cheating on his wife, but refuses to resign, claiming that he knew nothing about the behavior of Gutierrez. Which is BS. Gutierrez was his best friend and was working for him. Dann has run the Attorney General's office like a frat house and he gets what he deserves. He makes me ashamed to be a democrat.
