The entire county of Macedonia was recently excluded from NATO membership because Greece refused to let in any country using the word Macedonia (new window), since it claims exclusive historical rights to the name. This the same part of the world that just had a massive Albanian uprising in the middle of the Balkins just a few years ago. What's in a name? Again, incorrect. Torture has a specific definition. That your perception of certain activities (and let us be honest, your uninformed opinion of what said activities do) causes you to think that those acts, despite fitting the definition of torture, shouldn't count as such is irrelevant.
