She has apparently re-learned how to wash her hair and wear panties while in public. Thank goodness.

Spears was never able to sing in the first place.... it was all just computer voodoo. That she's actually making the effort to become the image that she used to falsely represent is kind of encouraging. I wonder if she has any true talent?

Again? I'd be happy if the biatch learned how to sing "me". Every half-assed pop & R&B singer out there sings it as "maaaaayyy".

Passed a magazine this morning with a picture of Brit in a swimsuit.

Thought to myself: "She looks like someone fed Free Willy a Dorito and DingDong diet."

Looked closer and the headline was: "How Britney got back into shape."

Made me feel stabby.

I don't know, the second one of the Brit Zombie Duo is farking hilarious.

And nobody cares about Britney. If she even gets some coverage from this, it won't bring back her career. She'll get one big moment to make everybody feel good and then she'll fade into obscurity. That's it.

Okay...that was mean. I really kind of feel sorry for her. She evidently was having postpartum issues after her first baby that weren't addressed. Then she had a second baby so quickly after the first one. And it sounds like she was surrounded by people who just took advantage of her medical problems. There's a special place in hell for people like that.

Let's try to remember when she WASN'T a walking train wreck, shall we?

At around 9 yrs old she was doing musicals off Broadway. She could sing then. She was also a competitive gymnast prior to that.

Before you can learn to sing "again", first you have to learn to sing "at all."

blade1228 nice try, but no one can sing at age 9. She could make musically pleasing sounds, perhaps.

Her career isn't completely dead... her last album went #1 in 6 countries, top 10 in 14 countries (including the US), has won 6 international music awards this year, and sold over 2,000,000 copies.

Not bad for a wacko has-been.

FAIL
Even at age 6, some kids are better than 70% of the singers now.

I come from a musical family (mostly singers) both pro and non pro and I would tend to disagree. Everyone is intitled to their oppinion.

/I went to IU School of Music for voice for a few years btw...

Maybe so, but you do realize that being better than "70% of singers now" is not necessarily saying anything.

I know. I'm a DJ and we get cd's all the time from people. Some can sing, some people's friends should have told them they can't and some people shouldn't try at all, but to say kids can't sing was just incorrect. Especially since she did that without any electronics, which almost EVERY act does now.
No one knows what's really good anymore because we've gotten so used to voices being manipulated. Granted, each person has their own taste in music, but when you come along someone who can truly, truly sing, it can be from anyone at any age.
Britney COULD sing when she was younger, but with all the elctro-manipulating, I don't think she could even recognize her own voice at this point.

Bullshiat. Hundreds of years of English choral tradition would disagree with you. Children's and particularly boys voices have some of the most beautiful singing voices ever heard.

None of that applies to Brittany, though.

Besides, Musical Theatre != Good singer. They sell themselves, not their voices.

Why do you think she wants babies? It wasn't to be a mother.

Melodyne can work wonders. No pop "singer" has hit a wrong note on an album in years.
