I give it an 85% chance that you're trolling. But just in case: I suppose someone could force someone else to have phone sex by saying something like "Talk dirty to me or I'll come over there and kill your whole family." And that person would certainly have committed a crime. But phone sex isn't really sex, for any practical purpose, so force phone sex can't be rape. Saying that it's the legal and/or moral equivalent of rape dilutes the horror of true rape.
