First he's the Arugula candidate. Now he's the Abercrombie candidate. Flip flopper!

Jon Stewart said it best - now we have proof that Obama is in the pocket of Big Douchebag.

Those guys weren't the douchebags I had imangined them to be. Not that they were anything great, mind you, just some dudes (friends) with similar shirts.

This does however, confirm what we already know: CNN, and the media at large, suck major, major fkn ass.

They spend twice as much time on shiat like this than they do on the rare occasions when a candidate talks about policy.

Can they just get the CNN International feed and call it a day? Or did they dumb that down too?

You think I'd get used to this kind of bullshiat reporting being more important than actual news.

Still manages to surprise me.

Talk about a media circle jerk.

A) Draw attention to a bunch of guys wearing the same T-Shirt.
B) Claim "everybody is talking about them".
C) Invite them on your show
D) ?
F) Profit

You know, Greece became the first "superpower" by having a society that was interested in issues that mattered. Rome came along with better weapons and raped the intellect of Greece just to exploit what was useful to them.

I think America's Greek period is over, we're Roman now.

Is there a solution?

Yeah invade a foreign land and wait for them to come to us and sack our major city thus taking over and dividing our nation in two.

Okay.

This "Obamanation" occured in my cite of residence: Evansville, IN.

I am so ashamed.

Toolbags like these guys run around in Abercrombie and Fitch/Hollister shiat garb EVERYWHERE. It's like a freakin' uniform for asshats.

Just imagine if asshats dressed like everybody else. You might accidently engage one in conversasion, and your suffering would be horrific. It's like what yellow ribons do for driver's.

We've all been to 4chan /b/ at least once and heard of "the cancer that is killing /b/" right?

This kind of corporate-media-manufactured BS is the cancer that is killing America.

Awesome...your claim to be a rat-man didn't phase me, but...the alternate spelling gave me pause...perhaps it was merely the "loathsome titter" of your voice that threw me.

I try to avoid 4chan entirely under any and all circumstances except those involving pornography. And in those situations I try not to stay long lest my mind implode. What is this cancer you speak of?

Honestly,
who the fark thinks CNN is in any way a legitimate source of news? It ranks right up there with the New York Post and the National Enquirer.

Why does CNN deserve any respect at all?

Only because we have FOX to compare it to.

Sort of like how vomit emits a "pleasurable odor" relative to a week-old corpse steeped in a barrel of vomit.

I'm from Kentucky and I went to school for a while in Louisville. That's where they were interviewed and since there is nothing really across the river in Indiana I'll assume that's where they live.

I've seen much much worse though. Especially out here in Tucson.

We've been asking how it's news. That's sort of buzzing.. I guess CNN.com is technically part of the internet.

SomeoneDumb 2008-04-26 12:25:25 AM
I'm surprised they haven't expanded this coverage to see if a similar number of girls behind him weren't wearing identical underwear from the Gap.

Frankly, that would interest me more.

This pretty much sums up the American news media: it's the biggest election in 20 years and the MSM is focused on the guys standing behind a candidate at a rally.

This single event capsulizes the news media's coverage of this campaign. Tabloid news, all the time.

That's how I'd bring more Greek back to America.
