interesting note from the dvd commentary:

peter greene (Redfoot) doesnt smoke. the scene where he flicks the cig into mcmanus's face was a goof. he was supposed to flick it into his chest, but didnt know how to flick. it took several takes. but John Ottman, the editor, put that outtake in bc its so much more sinister.

also from the dvd commentary (see my thing on Redfoot) that was one of the last scenes filmed. they were all kinda drunk and just farking around before they did the scene for real, but were secretely filmed because they wanted a more natural/organic take...not one purely acted. the laughter was real and unrehearsed.
