Keith got stoned on Heroin so much the Hepatitis C finally said "Enough of this!" and just left his body.

Nice cure!

Come to think of it, as ravaged as his body is from drinking, drugs, smoking and STD's Hepatitis C might actually make him HEALTHIER...
