According to the TV movie about the Beach Boys (so decide for yourself if it's true), their psycho father set the Sunrays up with that song to prove a point when the BBs started showing signs of independance.

Except the Beach Boys music is good.

I am shocked to discover this is not a Surf Punks original.

This is Murray Wilson's response to The Beach Boys after they told him to go fark himself. I think....

I actually have this record. And even though they were such a clone (like 497 other bands that month out of California), they still have a kinda unique sound to my ear. It's subtle but it's there.

Sounds like something a cult would listen to right before the big send-off.

/Beach Boys were smooth, classy, like Scotch

They're all boy bands to me.

All the money I wasted on microphones when they can do this without one in sight.

This sounds like something out of a children's television show. Was it written in ten minutes?

I think this was a cool vedio!

Confabulat: I am shocked to discover this is not a Surf Punks original.

My thought exactly.

Murray Wilson sucked and was an ass. If I was Brian, I'd exhume his body, cremate what was left and give the ashes to Keith Richards.

The name reminds me of Steve Irwin.

Is that wrong? Too soon?

The Sunrays's best song was "Andrea." EOS.
