Damn, that's scary accurate.

/The Hillary part anyway.

This show had so much win for so few episodes: Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, Louis CK, Robert Smigel, Charlie Kaufman...

yeah, I already submitted that one, too. Just beautiful stuff.

Nothing classic about it, other than its abject failure. Carvey himself even later admitted that everyone viewing the show simultaneously changed the channel as soon as the breastfeeding 'gag' started.

For some reason, I seem to remember him breastfeeding farm animals. Maybe it was because of the hen's ass part.

Yeah, I'll take comedy advice from user "CrotchBeard."

In fairness, "CrotchBeard" is just a tad less disturbing than "Bill Frist."

Shows what kind of caregiver he can be... Did anyone else catch that egg go flying out of the nest and he not even blink about it..

Damn, Dana Carvey is hilarious, too bad his career has tanked.

The Dana Carvey Show was GREAT. For the short time it was on, it was a rebellious, devil may care show...always on the edge.

Had it been on late night, instead of prime time, it would have became a classic.

Exactly how many shows could say they lost their major sponsor after the first episode?

He had a heart problem, then they muffed the surgery, then he had to have another,etc.. shiatty circumstances. Between him and Mike Myers, I always figured it'd be Carvey who was the bigger draw.

I've seen Dana Carvey live twice, once in Lake Tahoe where he did well (Caesar's, I think), and a second time where he opened for Kenny G (!) at our local state fair. I got tickets to it just to see Carvey. He was going along nicely (bits like Jimmy Stewart or Cary Grant getting buttsecksed) until he was interrupted by a stagehand who came out and handed him a note, asking him to knock off the bad language cause all the uptight moms and dads could hear him out on the midway. That totally threw him off his game, and he ended his act abruptly. I waited around until Kenny G took the stage, listened to 45 seconds of him, then walked out.

Except Dana's movie sucked ass. Seriously bad. Tim Conway movies without Don Knotts bad.

While horrifying, the Hillary part was surprisingly accurate.

/I don't ever want to see Dana Carvey breastfeed animals ever again.

Yeah, they did, it was a shame. He stole the show in Wayne's World and generally dominated on SNL and his own show was pretty funny. But then. . .

Though I know who Dana Carvey is, and the type of work he does, for some reason I read "sketch" and thought: "Why the hell would he draw that?"

There are many episodes on hulu.com. I forgot how damn funny and wrong he was.

Am I not turtle enough for you?

I liked the characters "Skinheads from Maine".

"Yep, he's a good un'"

Is it just me, or does "Bill's" hair then look like Hillary's does now?

Bill Frist

the sketch is hilarious, but if you consider it was the first sketch ever aired by the dana carvey show and that it was prime time (as opposed to midnight) you can see it may have been a miscalculation from a business standpoint.

That was amazing.
