I first moved to Atlanta in 2000 and lived in Norcross off Indian Trail for 3 months. Wow. I moved to Little 5 Points right after that to get away from the crime. That's how I feel about Gwinnett.

if history has taught us anything it is that you make a given commodity illegal you create a black market and therefore a new niche for the criminal element so in my opinion making any drug illegal creates more crime than it stops by eliminating public intoxication

I'm in Gwinnett county too.... it's been going downhill the past few years but none of these 'blotter-subjects' really seem that bad.
