I have had a crush on her for years and would do whatever I could to help unbreak her heart.

A few years ago my old boss had to have heart surgery for a life-long condition (he was 42 at the time). After the surgery the peritinium swelled with fluid and leaked through the surgical opening. The fluid was trapped under his skin and became infected, and started infecting his skin from underneath. He eventually was rushed into emergency surgery when he collapsed one day and the docs basically scooped out big divets of decaying skin from his torso. Fortunately, he recovered completely and is now A-OK...except for the divet scars. I call him Top-Flite if he gets too bossy.

My dad went to her show at the Flamingo with a business group a couple months ago... they all were seated along the stage, and she came over, crouched down, and put his hand on her knee. He hasn't been quite the same since. It was either that show, or Bette Midler across the street... he chose well.

She has issues with her sack. I'm confused and uncomfortable now.

Same thing happened with my father at a Sigfreid & Roy show. For some strange reason, he's been putting mayo on his hot dogs ever since. Weird.

Sounds like something a friend of mine had, he died when he was 22. He always lived like each day was his last, one day he was right.

My wife and I found ourselves seated beside her at a restaurant in Vegas right before her show was to begin in 2006.

I was in the hospital for two weeks in November 2007 due to Pericarditis. It's really very painful and apparently can feel like a heart attack. I'll find out when I get a heart attack, I guess. Anyway, I was on Morphine for the first three days.

The pain for me was like knives in my shoulders while a belt is tightened around my chest. The nurses was amazed I drove to emergency in that state.
