The only time I met anyone from New Zealand was when I was staying in St. Thomas. We had a discussion about if I thought that the crew members of cruise ships frequently tried to sleep with the quests, to which I replied that they probably do, seeing as how there's so much booze and what not. That's the summary, here's how it actually went:

This. I was just about to come in here and say Flight of the Conchords is like the D for pussies. And with the Conchords it seems like everything is done with a wink and a nudge and full awareness of the hipster irony. You get the sense that Jack and Kyle at least kinda mean it.

I loved the show... my favorite part would have to be the feud with the pakistani fruit vendor. I was on the floor in tears when I saw the kiwi fruit stabbed to the door with a note saying "get out".
