Mercedes is a woman's name. The car was named after a woman, not the other way around.

That said, I think a lot of these folks just don't know how to spell. "Izzabella" is the result of someone who never learned how to properly spell "Isabella".

In English was spelled quasi-phonetically this wouldn't be a problem.
