What the... heck, even I know the words, granted, from the Reel Big Fish cover of Hungry Like The Wolf.

Oh I hope they keep the tour going.

I didn't get tickets for the Arena tour :( Still traumatized.

Fantastic! I'm seeing them at the V-Fest in Sydney on Saturday. Really hoping to witness a mega blowout.

If Simon can't remember the lyrics to Hungry Like the Wolf, Bruce Campbell knows 'em!

I love Duran Duran more than I love my own mother.

That being said, their last album (Red Carpet Massacre) is total crap.

/Will still see them on tour
//Will wait with bated breath for the "all their albums are crap" FTFY posts

I'll tell you this if you promise not to tell anyone, as it's kinda embarrassing; I saw them in concert with A-Ha back in the day.

They have not aged well--

imnotsorry.net

I loved them so much when I was 17 but I cannot go and see old busted DD with memories of young hot DD.

/realizing "Rio" is 26 years old is depressing enough

Yeah, they look, what, a good 20 years older in that first picture? Go figure.

I've always been a closet fan of Rio. I can say that, because the internets are anonymous.

You can be in your late forties and look better than that, trust me.

I know I can't, and most people on the earth would prove you wrong as well. Although I haven't tried the three pounds of makeup trick!

THIS.

I think the album is crap too, however, I saw them in Chicago this past December and it sounds so much better live. Much less prodution.

/3rd row May 14 Chicago.

Actually, they held up pretty well considering...

I went with my DD fan wife a few years ago to see them in Chicago, and they weren't half-bad. As in, they didn't suck nearly as bad as I thought.

Simon LeBon, though, is in creepy-old-man territory. He told the crowd, "You know what I like about Chicago? (Leers) All your sex shops." I now imagine him saying that at every tour stop. "You know what I like about Moline? (Leers) All your sex shops."

Hey, you go through 30 years of sex, drugs, drinking, dance pop and near-death yachting accidents and let's see how you tun out!

/39 and still a DD fan
///RCM was soooo disappointing

Saw them in '99, seeing them again May 21, will see them everytime they come to NC. Love Nick, have since I was twelve. I don't care if he has to hobble out to the keyboard with a walker, I will go see them, period. I know, my Duran-dork is showing but I don't care. And apparently, I'm the only one in the world who actually liked RCM. Go figure.

my wife is a huge duran duran fan ( she has thier farkin board game from the 80's and was thrown out of the rock 'n roll hall of fame for fondling nick's outfit). seems like every few years i hear about simon forgetting some obvious lyric and john storming off stage. bout the wife tickets to thier first reunited show in america at webster hall and i must admit they pu on a real good show. havent heard the new album as im in iraq and have no access lol but my wife raves about it although im not sure using timberlan was a good decision.
