But Subby, have you ever really really, really really really learned to suck?

vudukungfu 2008-03-17 09:53:35 PM
Not subby, but, no, I never ever tried to learn amd of bad mambo jammma shredlicks that Cryin'Brian made Sooooooooooooooo integral to our existence. I have learned some badassed back beat and snap twang and R&B shiat, but no, I never tried to emulate the spontanious crappy hair and vocal stylings of a canuck.
/Except Randy Bachman.
//You'ld swear he was collerd.

I wasn't a fan of his solo stuff, but he co-wrote with KISS on Creatures of the Night. One of those songs was War Machine. He gets some points in my cool book for that.
Plus, I kinda like "Run to You" & "Cuts Like a Knife".

How does someone working with KISS make them suck LESS?

Kliffoth: How does someone working with KISS make them suck LESS?

Because I think that they wrote some of the best hard rock songs of the 70s and 80s.
Personal taste I guess.

"Reet Petite" is super old school, like 1930s Louis Jordan old school.

Bryan Adams is a tool.

So, I was in this club a few weeks ago. Yea, it was college night, and all the little kiddies were out, but I wanted to get drunk and have a few sweetie teens up on me.
Anyways, Summer of 69 goes on and they go wild. I was like 'WTF? I used to own this cassette'

Bryan Adams' music is awesome. I am serious.

He started to suck a bit later. Actually, he's one of the sad cases of wasted chances. He could've been a half-way decent rocker if he hadn't noticed that he'll get more girls/money/attention doing sappy ballads, aka the Rod Stewart disease...

I like a lot of his music, but a lot of his songs are hit or miss....mostly miss now days.

Bryan Adams was born in November of 1959, which would have made him 9 years old in the summer of '69. I'm pretty sure that song's a crock o' shiat.

Coincidentally, he shares a birthdate with Ryan Adams.

/both of 'em suck.
//it's my birthday too :(
