The number of people studying computers has been dropping over the past decade. So the average ability of IT staffs has been dropping as well.

Of those 37,000 employees, I wonder how many of them are actually teachers, versus "Junior Deputy Assistant Vice-Superintant for Administration", or some other bullshiat that gives some county commissioner's third cousin a job. The huge amount of administration is why we have no money to actually fix the shiatholes that are public schools.
