Laugh or ask a question? That's assuming they even realize what it vaguely resembles. It's not like a male child doesn't see one every day and it's likely a female child is aware of them, even if she doesn't have a brother. Children learn fairly early on the difference between sexes. It's not like the straw was in the shape of two midgets banging a donkey.
