My brother came at me with a ski pole once.
He ended up with his arm in a cast.

/good times.

Moronic Texans on the slopes! What's next? Cellphone-wielding Californians on the highways?

Pole-dancing slopes, on the other hand, are the cure for shrinkage.

Thank goodness her first name isn't Ima.

There must have been some kind of mountain disrespect going on here. Surely the Texans don't act like this in normal situations, correct??

I first read that as "pole-smoking."

Visiting a sauna (p) on a Japanese slope could very potentially lead to shrinkage...

My brother came at me with a fireplace poker once. Unfortunately I didn't have your nobility of spirit and take it out of his hands and beat him with it. I realized our fighting had escalated dangerously, pinned him down and then ran out the door and rode of on my bike until he calmed down. We never had another fight.

As someone who just got his ski poles stolen I'm really getting a kick....

So if you see someone at T-ride with a pair of bright green Scotts with "PURG" stickers on 'em kick thier ass for me.

My brother's skis were stolen from the rack attached to the outside of the shuttle bus in Breckenridge. We put our skis in the rack, climbed aboard the shuttle, and when we got off at our stop, skis were gone. Douchebaggery is everywhere.

Swinging them is dumb. When a reckless asshole is coming at you just raise them to eye level in a defensive position.

I go for places like this, none of the fool drama that takes place on the resorts (malls in the mountains, they are) just me a good friends in our own valley. The only thing I beat up in the mountains is sick pow lines.

Damned Crasian!

The last time I went skiing, two or three asians crashed into me because they didn't know how to ski. Keep in mind, this wasn't a beginners slope but at the same time it wasnt a black diamond either.

That's no ordinary bubba, Bubba. Among other concerns: ski-poles? skiing at all? Four-by-fours and handguns are where it's at, my friend.

/I kid...sorta.
