Isn't extemporaneous speaking fun? Did surprise me to hear, because I know she knows the difference, but she simply misspoke. And from dictionary.com to reproduce is "4. to cause or foster the reproduction of (organisms)", and breed is listed as a synonym.

I probably would have used breed myself, but I spend more time talking with the public, and she communicates more with other zoo professionals.

Is not ugly-assed. I'm not sure that there's a word in English to describe it, but here's the one time that Fark's "ugly-asseds" fails.

I know, right!! The Orlando Sentinel's website has run that add for a while now. Every time I see it I have to exit immediately. I feel sorry form them, but DAMN!!
