IANAL, but I suspect that unless the other zoo has some kind of special contract specifying partial ownership of offspring sired by the lent bear, an entire human history of common law regarding the ownership of animals dating back to the founding of civilization says "no". No breeder of dogs, farm animals, or race horses would bother trying this.
