When I was 23 and he was in and out of rehab and making great records, I thought it was just rock n' roll. Now that I'm 35, nothing has changed except the making of said great records.

He's tired. Scott Weiland should hang it up.

re-re-re-re-re-rehab

He should just start referring to it as vacation since he seems to take two weeks of it every year.

Except it won't be Velvet Revolver. STP's back together.

And since STP's back together, that pretty much means Army of Anyone's "hiatus" is going to be a bit more permanent, especially with the new Filter record coming out soon. Wonder what the rest of VR will do in the meantime?

Maybe they can help Axl finish up Chinese Democracy? Yeah, and then work on the soundtrack for Duke Nukem Forever.

Maybe you're tired and should hang it up?

Oh yea, radio consultant. You might be a little jaded, huh? Haven't received enough payola lately?

Army of Anyone disbanded after "disappointing album and ticket sales"; that's what the STP reunion is all about. And although I like VR and STP, given Weiland's rap sheet, last November shouldn't he have been locked up in jail for a looooong time? WTF? How many times do you have to be pulled over for driving under the influence before you kill somebody? I don't need people passing by me at 45mph under the f'in influence. Especially on my way to the pub.

Good, VR should dump Weiland and bring in Izzy.

Buying STP tickets is the same as gambling IMO...you may win and you may lose...

Weak headline submitard, if you're going to diss Weiland at least know it's STP reunion this summer. VR's first record was damn good, certainly better than the leaked songs from Chi-Dem

Man, modern rock sucks.

STP is #1 in my most hated of the original 5 grunge bands. The order goes something like this

#1 worst grunge band: Stone Temple Pilots
#2 Pearl Jam
#3 Nirvana
#4 Sound Garden
#5 Alice In Chains

SG and AIC weren't that bad honestly, but I have to hate them, simply because they're grunge.

/Courtney was about 5 years too late on having Kurt killed

One of my fondest memories is of flipping Weland the double bird every time he wandered over to my side of the stage at the VR show here in Reno. Slash got horns.

/I hope he heard me yelling "F__k you Weiland!"
//He ruined STP, Blind Melon, and Nirvana. Way to go you junkie f__k.

I love STP, but I loathe Scott after seeing the atrocity that was Van Halen's HoF induction.

I almost swerved off the road when I heard STP had reunited with Weiland out of rehab. I was 11 when their music was really hitting the radio so even though I never got to see them in concert I definitely had all the albums.

Eh. I've enjoyed all of his projects.

Through, on Velvet Revolver:
Keep in mind, Slash is teaming up with Ace Frehley for his new solo album.
