Yeah. The guit-playing on R&R Animal was so fuggin' good. It still sounds good. I must've played that album a billion times. That and Allman Bros at Fillmore East were just about all I listened to in the first year or two of high school.

Holy crap, it's a fantastic album. One of the greatest rock albums ever made, IMO.

So, happy birthday, Lou.

He did an incredible job writing Tranquilize for The Killers, somehow it just makes sense.

And his Kung Fu is very good.
