This place is not a trailer trash park. These are modular homes on oceanfront land. Each of these owners is sitting on at least a million dollars. A sale was negotiated with a developer but the land value dropped and the developer backed out. Most residents don't care because they didn't want to move. Some got screwed because they bought homes elsewhere before they had cash in hand and now are stuck with the new purchase. In any case, these people have all their teeth, even if they are dentures.
