He's great either way -- with the Police or not.

Ditto that. I can't wait for the next album. The last one had a few great tracks but it was my least favorite of the seven. This guy still has a few albums in him, I hope.

Note to self: don't walk around Italian villas; they seem to inspire insipid crappy songs.

Seriously, how can a pretentious, boring creator of dentist waiting room music also be a crucial one third of of of the greatest bands of our time? It's mind-boggling on a planet eating scale that the douche who wrote Brand New Day is also the guy who wrote So Lonely, Next To You and Can't Stand Losing You. He may have written a majority of the Police's music, but his sheer douchebaggery of later years make me enjoy Stewart and Andy's songs that much more in the past 20 years.

Miss Gradenko and Mother for me, thank you very much.

I don't want to make a noise for the sake of making a noise. I want to actually say something for myself and for the people who listen to me.

why the sudden change, gordon?

Who is this Gordon fellow you keep talking about? My name is Sting. My wife calls me Sting, my friends call me Sting, my children call me Sting.

/Certainly not too obscure

Wait a minute...people actually listen to his solo records?

Good gravy. It's like Muzak, only it takes itself really seriously.
