Boo. Oasis isn't anything amazing, but I'd rather listen to Gnome Gallagher over James 'beat me to death with a BLUNT instrument' any day of the week.

Plus, Gallagher is a funny motherucker. (popz)

According to The Sun's Bizarre column, Gallagher has put the £5.5million villa on the market, saying that he can't stand living there in the knowledge that Blunt is nearby making terrible music.with a viable music career instead of dying off after his one-hit wonder like Oasis

Wtf are you talking about. They're like, omfg, better than the Beatles. Best band ever by farking god and you go and bloody rip them like that. Shameful's what it is. Shameful.

At least that's what every retard editor for a douchenozzle magazine in the UK says. Between them and Radiohead, I don't know if there's any more room for getting one's dick sucked by a magazine in jolly old England.

That sounds incredibly painful, actually. I'm glad I'm not a rock star.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa. Did someone really suggest that James Blunt is more than a one hit wonder??? What the hell are you smoking, and how much does it cost???

FWIW, Oasis has had 7 singles chart in the US, and more than I care to count in the UK. The fact that people are still pissed off about that Beatles comment 15 years later is amazing, considering it was taken out of context.

I guess please suggest some bands if you don't like Oasis. I'd really like to know your music taste and what you consider to be that much better than Oasis. Their music is incredible, though the songs were written when they were high.. ergo make no sense.

Why couldn't they kill each other in a naked drunken knife-fight on the front lawn?
I'd listen to music that my girlfriend doesn't like on my iPod watching that, and consider it the greatest moment of entertainment that either of these douchebags has provided.
Of course, I live in Texas, so things get done differently here.

All in all, I'd rather hear "Wonderwall" a hundred times in a row than "You're Beautiful" once. That song makes me so stabby.

Why does every Oasis thread have to be full of idiots talking about how much they don't care about Oasis?

/excellent band
//new album should be good

Familiar To Millions isn't too bad, esp since they left in some of the comments the guys made.

The instrumental part of the music is fine, but it sounds like he's singing out of his nose and the lyrics are generally stupid.

Thanks, but no thanks.. Sir. Sonic Youth is good, as always. Others... meh.

Stupid lyrics agree. In fact, Noel agrees that some of the lyrics doesn't make sense to him as well.. (looking back). Voice grows on you. Liam and Noel both sing though Liam is the more prolific one and Noel is the songwriter(!?). Some of the Noel's ones are stand out like "Don't look back in Anger".

GTFO Classical snob. Everybody knows that Classical is by far the most complex and hard-to-perform music out there. You could have at least tried and said something like The Replacements or The Stooges. Sheesh.

Hey subby - I LOL'd at yer h/l.

As Bach, Handel, Beethoven, Chopin, Brahms and Dvorak - can't stand their music, but I really dig their lyrics.

Jesus. Can't we all agree that Noel Gallagher sucks as a human being and James blunt sucks as a musician?

/he probably needed the money
//hate James Blunt, but Noel is cockpunchable for justifying it this way.

Like a fungus? No thanks.

But, I have a similar problem with Led Zepplin, to me, Robert Plant sounds like a cat caught in a car door, but the guitars and drums are pretty cool.

She wanted the latest James Blunt CD for Valentines Day.

And I bought it for her.

/I did use a coupon, though, so I don't feel so slimy.

It is? I didn't know that. Then again, my 'cello hasn't seen the outside of its case in years, and it doesn't take long to forget...

Hmm.

The Who. The Who is better than Oasis. Also, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

I'm surprised no one else has pointed out that Gallagher would be the pot. Since it's the "Pot calling the kettle black" so Gallagher would be the pot, and James Blunt would be the kettle.

I'm disappointed.
