When I first heard of that site about 2 1/2 years ago, I was confused thinking it had something to do with this group.

It's almost like she doesn't want Obama to win. And it's almost like she'd rather see McCain get 4 years so she can run and win in 2012.

Both Hillary and Obama have ties to groups that hate America. Who would have thought it.

Oh, wait they're both Democrats. Obvious tag, please call your office.

FTA: "Wonder what the Republicans will do with this issue," mused Clinton spokesman Phil Singer.

He then walked into a bank with a pistol, aimed it at the teller, and said menacingly, "Wonder what the Republicans will do with this gun," acting surprised as the teller gave him several thousand dollars in non-sequential bills.

The Hillary Clinton campaign pushed to reporters today stories about Barack Obama and his ties to former members of a radical domestic terrorist group -- but did not note that as president, Clinton's husband pardoned more than a dozen convicted violent radicals, including a member of the same group mentioned in the Obama stories.

Their strategy seems to have backfired.

It's almost as if Obama is rubber and Clinton is glue.

The pardons and the campaign contributions are hardly trivial matters and as much as I hate Hilary she is right the GOP will use it against Obama but they can also use it against her after all she was co-president when the pardons were given.

In the September 11, 2001 New York Times Bill Ayers, former Weathermen terrorist and Obama campaign contributor, boasted that he bombed New York City's police headquarters in 1970, the Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972-and proudly adds, "I don't regret setting bombs. I feel we didn't do enough."

Asked whether he would do it again, he answers, "I don't want to discount the possibility." Or, as he puts it in Fugitive Days: A Memoir, "I can't imagine entirely dismissing the possibility."
Just in case you didn't think that our Education system wasn't screwed up Bill Ayers is drawing a pay check courtsey of the tax payers of the country he attacked as a "Distinguished" Professor of Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

The Weather Underground was basically dead as a group in 1976.

Barack Obama graduated high school in 1979.

This former Weatherman donated $200 flippin dollars.

Damn near a million people have.

Investigate me. I've donated to Obama. And as an 8-year-old, I was in regular contact with the Cuban government. I listened to shortwave radio, and sent a QSL request to Radio Havana. In the early 80s, you got all kinds of cool swag if you said "I'm 8, and interested in your system of government". I still have my Fidel Castro trading cards around here.

Given the the number of donors is nearing one million, a few loons are bound to have donated undetected. I imagine it will be returned.

the other night they were talking about how Obama's supporters were going to turn the Dem National Convention into a Kenyan riot with tire fires and machetes. they are just like Freepers except inexplicably pro-Clinton.

I always hated how Bill Clinton left the office by issuing hundreds of those Presidential Pardon. It was a VERY SHADY move on his part. I would put that moment and the Monica incident to be two of biggest blemish on his presidential career.

Having Hillary as a wife, I could understand if he lacked a little bit of oral action having that ice queen of a wife, but the presidential pardon. That always made me question his sincerity, or ask the question, how sleezy was he as a politician?

I've despised the Clintons for 16 years. THIS is why, and the vast majority of the country is coming to my point of view.

The documentary The Weather Underground (shown by wingsncup), incidentally, is really farking good. I've got an English professor who shows it in his lectures every term, regardless of whether it has anything to do with the material (it's fun to watch him straining to draw tenuous connections).

As for this...

Seriously? Are you kidding me? A $200 donation from one member of the Weather Underground (now a farking professor!) as opposed to her husband actually pardoning a member of the Weather Underground (and various other extremists).

Seriously. Fecking ridiculous.

/also amused that the "Why Not Obama" page on Hillary is 44 is 'under construction.' And the only polls being listed are those from a week ago, showing Hillary 10 points ahead. Oh, the Hillary-ity.

Go read more on the rest of the pardons. Several people he pardoned have donated big-time to Hillary's campaigns, to the Clinton Library, and the Clinton Foundation. Also, both of Hillary's brothers were highly-paid "consultants" for people who got last day pardons (Hillary says she had no idea her brothers were involved). Go check out Tony or Hugh Rodham for profiles in winnartude.

Still does not answer exactly what about Obama appeals to the Weather Underground. It is like Ron Paul getting a contribution from Storm Front. Maybe he did not solicit it but there is something about him they like.
