My child has a disease that is FAR more contageous than AIDS. He has Hepatitis C. In the U.S., for every 1 person with AIDS, 5 have hep c. And by 2010, the yearly death rate from HCV will be surpass HIV/AIDS. He's 2 1/2, He got it from his birth mother in utero ( we adoptesd him) the "dirty" little boy should be kept away from all the nice "clean" people.

I am 100% ok with the quarantine of people with contagious incurable diseases/Virus. I also think that if some with a contagious virii/disease does something reckless the ONLY penalty that should be given is death.
