The judge really wants to get to the bottom of this.

99 percent sure this is his site. Considering the choice of brush, the art is remarkably good.

FTFA: But, Murmer's attorney and the ACLU, which has taken up his case for free, are arguing Murmer's constitutional rights were violated, saying what Murmer did on his own time was his own personal business.

but don't post it on youtube, dumbass

I was at a thai resteraunt with a friend recently. we used to be regulars but over the years, they became more popular, did better and lost their hole-in-the-wall charm. the remodeled, changed the menu....the food was crappy so we never went back.

but when we tried the revision, they laughed when we ordered appetizers and desserts. we joked that it had poop in it.

"hey they want some DUMPlings."
"give them the cusTURD"

heh

1. i live in Chesterfield Co. so kicks, etc. (not really)
2. myspace blogs get greenlit now?

Quantumbunny 2008-02-16 07:18:07 PM
FTA: Subby, don't link to a myspace blog next time. Just use the original link which was provided

Agreed. There was no reason to link some dumbfark's MySpace blog when there was a perfectly valid news article to use instead.

Me three.

I understand that your mom stopped breast feeding you at 7 subby, but this is no way to enhance your self esteem by increasing the # of hits on your myspace

No hate, I kinda figured that was the case.

Who ever greenlit this, needs to have their face sat on. I mean this is a legit article so why wasn't the nbc one greenlit...yet the myspace one was?

Considering you too are from Texas, you should know that the appropriate terminology is 'tally-wacker'.

Does any Richmond VA Farkers know what happen to the guy who was (or is?) Murmer's lawyer: Jason Anthony. Last I heard, he apparently resigned from his practice and left his firm.

For that matter, anyone up for a Richmond Fark party?

GratuityIncluded 2008-02-16 08:18:11 PM
Something this crazy would never have been allowed to happen in Richmond City schools.

//Richmond Braves RIP

DerPups 2008-02-16 08:28:14 PM
that's because theyre too busy losing teams and playing intra-city politics to really care about what some small-time teacher does on their own time :P

U4Scuba 2008-02-16 08:31:44 PM
Richmond City seemed to understand that outside-of-work meant outside-of-work with Stephen Johnson:
The bare-chested photos have since been removed, but had been posted in the gay section of manhunt.net. Johnson's photo was reportedly not explicit in nature, but the text describing him was reportedly very graphic. Richmond.com and the school board seem to be taking a very tolerant approach to this issue - after all, is a man not free to do what he likes in his private life? He has broken no law, endangered no child, and done absolutely nothing wrong. Deborah Jewell-Sherman, superintendent of city schools, led the school board and meeting audience in giving Johnson a standing ovation last night, and thanked him for his service on the school board, which will continue despite this incident.

DerPups 2008-02-16 08:38:01 PM
...except said former teacher was not a member of the richmond city school system, so why are they even being questioned?

guy taught at monacan high which is solidly in midlothian, which is is solidly in chesterfield county...

U4Scuba 2008-02-16 08:54:44 PM
...which is solidly next door to Chesterfield. It's just odd that a man is free to do what he likes in his private life in one and not the other.

Where I come from, this is a reward, not a penalty. Unless you meant it that way. And assuming you get to choose the sitter.
