Yeah. I want you to get a hold of a guy named Cobb. Walter
Cobb. C o b b. He's the head of my police unit. Get him down here. Find him. Tell him you were with John McClane and tell him to find out who the 21st president was.

Gerry
Chester A Arthur.

John
What?

Gerry
Chester A Arthur. 1881 to 1885. Nominatedvice-president in 1880. Did you know he was collector of custom right here in New York?

John
No, I didn't know that Gerry. Take care of yourself.

And 43 is out push-polling in SC about a child or something...

Wow. One guy left standing, and GHWB boldly puts forward an endorsement.

Lionel Mandrake: Wow. One guy left standing, and GHWB boldly puts forward an endorsement.

To do otherwise would not have been prudent

I dunno. I just can't take Bush Sr. seriously ever since he glued that rainbow afro wig to his head.

"Meanwhile, 43 had no comment, as he hasn't gotten past the 20s in counting class and didn't realize his turn was up".

If 43 has any intelligence, he'll shut his mouth, or endorse whoever he dislikes the most.

What about Number Six?

Aarontology [TotalFark] 2008-02-15 02:36:09 PM
The adequate, forgettable, occasionally regrettable caretaker president of the U...S...A!

I'm pretty sure 42 is supporting his wife, Submitter. Although he seems to have done more harm than good, so...

Rule 34?

Maybe Bill knows she's batshiat and things are going according to his plan...

I'm so angry about this I could puke on a Japanese guy.

The tragedy of the last 8 years is that candidates and the media now refer to the American people as folks, and presidents are now just numerical designations.

Either 42 has lost his touch or he is sabotaging would-be 44.

Kind of a replay of 2000 and 2004. Apparently personal charm and charisma don't rub off on to other people.

I take that back. Personal charm and charisma did rub one off onto another person...

If only 26's grandson hadn't conspired with 34's CIA head and Secretary of State, the Middle East would be more fertile for democracy. And we probably wouldn't hate 39 as much as we have for the past 28 or so years.

It sure is nice of old H.W. Bush to show some respect for an elder statesman and endorse McCain.

A little known fact is that their combined age is 276, which is the same number of delegates McCain needs to take the Republican nomination.

When reporters call McCain at 7:00 p.m., it is considered common courtesy to ask "Did I wake you?"

McCain often speaks about the importance of remembering our history; what many don't realize is that when he was in high school history didn't exist yet.

In his early years, McCain was friends with the Burger King when he was still a prince.

ME_GRIMLOCK 2008-02-15 03:04:15 PM
Now that's appropriate. George "Read my lips" "Voodoo economics" Bush also wasn't very popular with conservatives.

Aarontology [TotalFark] 2008-02-15 03:05:13 PM
Maybe 42 would be available for comment if they asked the right question.

FTFM.
