More like Queen Victoria, Queen Victoria, Queen Victoria, and Queen Victoria.

That is frickin' awesome, Subby!!
I've never seen that before.

Yeah, just got a copy of Elements and this caught my attention. I agree with you on the time period preferences. The DVD has more "post-analog" material than I care for. It's worth it just for the uninterrupted live Tubular Bells performance from '73, though. Amazing line-up on that...

Yeah, go pop a copy of Eraserhead in the player instead. Good times, good times...

Nice. That 73 perf. was on here on Halloween night last year. good times. [never saw that clip before that time] [same with this time with this one]

anybody [you?] have that "Exposed" DVD?
is it even available in the USA or Canada?
I have the cd, it's great. Great performances, great sound quality [esp. for a live recording].

Q: Why does Mike Oldfield play with himself?
A: Because he can.
And I must say, if I could do it, I'd probably never leave the house.

Good news: Amazon has it.
Bad news: You will pay out your ass for it (though not quite so bad in the "new and used" category, and it is a 2-disc set)

It's on ebay, too; it costs less, but the shipping's a lot higher.

The version of Tubular Bells on YouTube (from Halloween) is broken into 3 parts and is missing brief bits between those segments. On the DVD, it's all one quite lovely continuous piece. And, of course, the sound's a lot better. One little detail that cracks me up for some reason: they do a brief close-up of the oboe player, and he's wearing shades.

cwheelie: Sorry about that.

...and they all look so happy to be together too. I kept expecting the one on the lute to pop.

Wow. I never heard all of the tune. The part around 1:50 to 2:10 is cool as heck.
