Bush has good sides and bad sides. Unfortunately, his bad sides are a bit glaring.

/My opinion, let me tell you it.

Bush: John McCain is a true conservative.

OH! I see what Bush is doing there.

By supporting McCain, he's making people turn AWAY from McCain. And the only other Republican still running is Huckleberry.

Combine this with the whole "ZOMG Obama whose middle name is HUSSEIN is gonna launch a preemptive strike against the Iran and such as!!one!" schtick and you'll see that he's trying to force a Hillary-Huck election this year. No other candidates would be as good for Bush and his cronies.

Bush does not want Obama or McCain to win, and is likely going to do what he can to prevent them from winning, be it sabotage, fear-mongering or other means.

George Dumbya Bush is King Midas in reverse.

Everything he touches turns to shiat.

Bush wants to see Hillary win.

BushCo/ClintCo is a two sided coin.

Heads they win.
Tails you lose.

Learn that.

"If the Democrat party feels like they can win an election by focusing on me, I think they'll be making a huge tactical mistake."

DEMOCRATIC party, you retard. Do we call your party the Republic party? Its been 7 long years, surely you should know at least that much.

And no one is focusing on you except to say they would do basically the opposite of everything you are doing.

can people seriously shut the fark up about this?

of all the important political topics out there, being referred to as the "Democrat" party is your biggest concern? fark off and stay home from voting.

That may be the SMARTEST thing Bush ever did for himself.

Which is EXACTLY why I don't believe it.

/smart and Bush don't go well together
//they had a messy breakup

Question: Do you believe people in the Republican party are known as "Republics"? Just curious, since it's easy to deduce what was meant in the sentence... the Party of Democrats.

Mr. Bush, go fark yourself. Before your cronies smeared Kerry, they smeared McCain in the 2000 primaries. And McCain has given more for his country than 99% of Washington. We should have seen this coming when you tried to bring down a war hero.

/Not voting McCain.
//Unless Hillary gets the nom.
///Still have nothing but respect for him.

Sgt Otter [TotalFark] 2008-02-10 06:33:52 PM
So, Mr. Bush,

If McCain is a "true conservative," and you shiat all over him and everything he stood for in 2000, what does that make you?

moothemagiccow 2008-02-10 06:40:12 PM
McCain is a true nothing. Either he's done a total 180 and turned into a more eloquent version of Bush or he's duping every Republican out there.

flip
flop

...thought this rejoinder from the 08AMA camp was rather pithy...

FTA:"Barack Obama doesn't need any foreign policy advice from the architect of the worst foreign policy decision in a generation."

and this is just *classic* bushism, also FTA: "...history takes a long time for us to reach."

history takes a long time to reach?

this thread has only 23 hits...

I'll tell you why, because the people who would be most vocal are the Liberals, but it makes no sense for them to bring attention to the fact that McCain is a different type of conservative than Bush.

Really? How?

Vote for McCain, you get...

Business as usual: Four More Wars, tax cuts for the rich, more Orweillian Bullcrap in the name of "fighting terror."

I'm not seeing any difference.
