It (The war in Iraq) had, Gore said, "the potential to seriously damage our ability to win the war against terrorism and to weaken our ability to lead the world in this new century".

Hey, isn't that exactly wot's happened since?

And this guy wasn't good enuff why again?

+1 to subby fer such a colourful and honourable headline.

I've just come in here to say that it would have only been 4 years if the Libtards could have found a candidate that had matured past diapers. 2004 was an election of the lesser of the two evils.

I'm more proud of Bush for sticking to his guns in Iraq than I am for Clinton tucking tail and pulling out of Somalia.

GoGoGo [TotalFark] 2008-02-10 12:14:10 AM
i've said it before...

obama could be the best thing for the economy of the states...and therefore the world.

if these 'tax rebates' are supposed to encourage ppl to spend....how many are 'actually' gonna believe bush that theres nothing wrong, and that they should go out and spend this new money?

rather, with a charismatic leader, i think that people would be much more likely to listen/believe/spend and therefore cause the jump in spending that is hoped for.

/obama doesnt need to have economic experts? maybe he just needs to be the one to convince ppl to get the economy going.

Uncle Karl 2008-02-10 12:15:09 AM
MIguy: I'm more proud of Bush for sticking to his guns in Iraq than I am for Clinton tucking tail and pulling out of Somalia.

I am more proud of Clinton making good decisions, than Bush sticking with his bad ones.

Just sticking to you position is not admirable if it was a stupid position to begin with.

I know, I have no idea what the was thinking.

While I certainly don't hope McCain wins, I do hope he gets in the Republican nomination if for no other reason than he doesn't have the evangelical vote.

I guess they were going with the devil they knew. During 2004 people would ask me why I supported Kerry even though I thought he was kinda lame and I would have to tell them that after four years of Bush anything looked better. They seemed to be surprised by that.

An election is when Americans get together and pick the least crooked lawyer to lead. Least crooked lawyer is like smartest retard, it doesn't say much.
