FTFA:
But the Kremlin, Petrov said, would likely have "serious concerns" if McCain wins the Republican nomination because of the Arizona senator's harsh and persistent criticism of Vladimir Putin's autocratic government.

Now I understand! If you don't vote for McCain, you are a communist.

"The Democrats, especially Hillary Clinton, are calling for the withdrawal of U.S. forces, but they are not offering an alternative. Such a withdrawal while the Iraqi security forces are still weak will lead to disastrous results."

Don't worry, Saad: These Democratic calls for withdrawal are just fairy tales for little American children. They are lies.

Israelis, though, seem to prefer Hillary Clinton...because of her experience and the backing Bill Clinton gave to the Jewish state during his two terms as president.

I was at the Olympics, and saw this man walking along with a big stick on his shoulder. I asked him, are you a pole vaulter? No he said, I am a German, and how did you know my name was Walther?

So let me make sure I understand this -- We are not welcome in most countries, are detested, people expect us to help them when they are in need yet feel we are some sort of "world police" and want nothing to do with us -- but feel they should have some say-so as to who runs the USA? Right...

If Nations across the world want to vote for our President, I say let them join our Union and fall in line with the current 50 states.

Sort of like the Communism spread in the 20th century except by choice. We give them our military protection and they give us control of their natural resources and economy.

Alot of our money ends up overseas as it is, we might as well get some of it back through federal taxes.

I read the whole article and didn't find anybody complaining that they didn't have a say - or even expecting that they should get one. FAIL.

Living in Europe, everybody here knows damn well how important the US is, whether they like it or not...

godxam: that's it pick the one that looks the most like you not the one most qualified. there is no hope for that farking continent.

Not much more hope here either. A girl my wife works with told her yesterday that she should vote for Hillary. Her sole reason for this was the "girl power" aspect. She has no clue how any of the candidates stand on any issue but is running around telling every woman she can that they should vote for Hillary.

Many blacks in this country are doing the exact same thing.

MrBigglesworth 2008-02-01 12:07:46 PM
These kinds of polls are retarded. World opinion can go fark it self. Until the US gets to vote in all other countries, other countries can shut the fark up about who they want to be the US Pres.

FTA "Nobody in Europe ever took Bill Clinton's problems in office seriously," said Patrick Dunleavy, a political scientist at the London School of Economics. "Nobody could ever understand why Americans were so upset. Bill Clinton was always a fantastic presence in Europe."

I'm guess mister political science missed the point concerning perjury. If you think Clinton was impeached for getting some, then I have a bridge to sell you.

Russia is solid Romey territory

That would suck if you tortured a guy for five years and then set him free and 35 years later he commands a thousand nuclear missiles that are pointed at you. They will have to appreciate the irony of it though while they are being vaporized.

That reminds me, gotta get new canned food for my fallout shelter. Y2K was like forever ago.

This is not people who wanted to vote, just some people giving their opinion.
