You are right. You had the better headline (though I would dropped the "Fark vs. Fark: ".

I really think the Picard Surrenders is a nice Fark touch for the French captain in the first season surrendered enough times for it to become a bit of a joke at the time. Fortunately the writers eventually ceased this practice.

So do we all now know how to get a story green-lighted? Figure out a way to get Wil in it. ;-)
