Nice clip, Buddy Guy is my favourite blues guitarist.

Awesome. I've seen Buddy Guy 8 or 9 times and I saw Junior twice before he died and even shook his hand. Never got to see them play together, though. Once Mr. Buddy and Mr. B. B. are gone, the world will be a lesser place.

That was one of the coolest videos I've ever seen on here.

Submitter here to state the obvious: YouTube has become a virtual gold-mine for old blues and jazz clips. Seriously, I have spent dozens of hours hours recently digging in over there. Buddy and Junior, Miles, B.B., Howlin' Wolf, Blakey, Coltrane, Muddy Waters, James Cotton, T-Bone, Big Mama Thornton... You name it, they're on there. Last night I wanted to submit a blues clip, but how does one choose???

/also submitted the Muddy Waters clip two weeks ago
//jazz is the teacher
///blues is the preacher

The Chicago Blues Festival 1964 album with both of these guys is real good.

If you get a chance to see Buddy Guy live, do it, especially if you're in Texas.

Buddy and Junior, got to see em several times in the 70s-80s. Buddy still going strong.
Check out their Hoodoo Man Blues (cd).
The bands they used on Buddy Guy and Junior Wells Play the Blues were Derek and Dominos and J. Geils Band,,,
